Due to the fact that our pieces are made to order, we cannot accept returns.

For brides attempting to match whites and ivories we can provide samples of fabric. Please call us if you wish to do this.

Please be aware that all orders are packed by hand: most orders will ship USPS Priority in 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Allow two weeks for delivery of domestic orders, four for international. Orders are shipped to the address you give us. Claudia's Bowtique is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete delivery information..
